1. Returns & Exchanges Overview
We offer returns for store credit only and exchanges for items of equal value.
Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
• Original tags must be attached
• Items must be returned in original packaging
The following items are not eligible:
• Final sale items
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made products
Returns and exchanges are available for orders within Canada and the United States only.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping and reshipment costs.
3. Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange:

If approved, return instructions will be sent within 1–5 business days

Once the item is received and inspected, store credit or exchange will be processed
